Create recipe making interface

for a recipe, I want to have an interactive interface that has a step-by-step display that lists the ingredients as a checklist, and then the instructions display in large font one step at a time with large buttons to page through them (this is primarily for mobile)
if there is a reference to a certain amount of time in a particular step, display a timer that can be started and stopped.
