@thefitnesschef_ Should you try these battered cheesy potatoes? Here’s how mine turned out ⤴️🥔 - I think these probably work better without the batter, unless you deep fry them. Of you try this let me know how you get on. But if you want to make my air fryer version follow the steps below 👇 Ingredients: (makes 6) - 800g peeled, chopped potatoes - 30g butter - 1 grated carrot - 150g grated mozzarella - 30g chorizo - Salt & pepper - 10 sprays of olive oil spray Method: - add potatoes to boiling water and boil for 10-12 mins until tender. Then drain. - Meanwhile, add the butter to a preheated frying pan, melt. - Add the grated carrot to the pan and gently cook with the butter - Mash the drained potatoes - Add the buttered carrot, mozzarella, chorizo and searing to the mashed potato and mix in with a fork - Form small dumplings and press to create circles - Apply spray oil to air fryer and add as meant bites as you can.
