Sheet Pan Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta🥩🧀🧄 One of the most flavor packed easy meal preps i’ve made. The creamy red pepper sauce is truly a game changer. Using the sheet pan to its full potential🤌🏽🔥 Macros Per Serving (8 Total) 558 Calories | 59g Protein | 53g Carbs | 11g Fat Ingredients (Makes 8 Servings) Creamy Red Pepper Sauce - 500g Tomatoes, cut into halves - 150g Cherry Tomatoes - 400g Red Bell Pepper - 2 Garlic Heads/Bulbs - Big Pinch of Salt - 1.5 Tsp Black Pepper - 2 Tsp Italian Herbs - 1.5 Tsp Paprika - 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes - Cooking Spray or Olive Oil Drizzle - 180-200g Light Cream Cheese - 100g Grated Parmesan (50g when blending & 50g after adding sauce to the pasta) - 1/3 Cup or 1/2 Cup Pasta Water (reserved after cooking pasta) Pasta - 500g Uncooked Fusilli Pasta Garlic Beef - 1500g Raw 5% Fat Ground Beef - 2 Tsp Salt - 2 Tsp Black Pepper - 3 Tsp Italian Herbs - 2 Tsp Paprika - 2 Tsp Garlic Powder - Cooking Spray Garnish - Freshly Grated Parmesan - Fresh Parsley, finely chopped 👨🍳 Instructions • Get a large oven sheet pan (I used a 41 x 36 x 5 inch sheet pan), line with parchment paper, add tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic. Add all seasonings and cooking spray. • Bake/roast in a 200C / 400F preheated oven for 25 mins. • While the veggies cook, boil your pasta then reserve some pasta water. • Once roasted, let it cool down then add all in a blender cup with cream cheese, parmesan and pasta water. Blend till smooth then set aside. • In the same sheet pan, spread and press down ground beef into a single layer. Use a spatula to score the meat in a crisscross pattern. Will make it easier to chop the meat later. Add seasonings then bake for 10-12 mins at 190C / 390F till sizzling. Chop up the meat. • Add cooked pasta, creamy red pepper sauce, parmesan and parlsey.
