I leveled up this soup in taste, protein and nutrition thanks to @Kettle & Fire Shop bone broth which is packed with collagen, protein, and essential nutrients using organic free range chicken bones. INGREDIENTS 1 small-medium diced onion 3 diced celery stalks 1 cup chopped carrots 3 -4 minced garlic cloves Some oil 6 cups broth I used kettle and fire mushroom bone broth 1-2 chicken breasts 2 cups egg noodles Juice of 1/2 a lemon Large handful of fresh spinach DIRECTIONS •Chop veggies and add all but spinach to a heated pot with some oil. •Mix occasionally and let soften for about 5-7 minutes. •Add in broth, let heat and add chicken. •Let the chicken cook through and shred. •Add pasta and cook for about 6 minutes before adding in spinach.
