1 cup blended cottage cheese or full fat Greek yogurt
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella 
½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 tsp Simply Organic garlic powder
½ tsp Simply Organic onion powder
1/2 tsp Simply Organic crushed red pepper flakes
Salt + pepper, to taste Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together blended cottage cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, and spices until smooth.
3. Stir in artichokes and spinach.
