INGREDIENTS 2 cups of Self Rising Flour 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream, plus more for brushing INSTRUCTIONS Preheat your oven to 475 degrees F. Pour the flour in a bowl and create a well in the center of the flour. Add the heavy whipping cream and combine until well incorporated. Form into a dough ball and place the dough onto a floured surface. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin about a half inch thick. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits. Put the biscuits in a greased cast iron skillet or baking dish. Brush the tops of the biscuits with a little bit more heavy cream. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until browned to your liking.Enjoy!!
