Ingredients: 500g ground beef or a mix of beef and lamb 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp dried oregano Salt and pepper, to taste 6 soft tortillas Toppings: Tzatziki sauce Diced tomatoes Crispy fries Finely sliced red onion Fresh parsley, chopped A squeeze of lemon for each taco Method: In a bowl, combine the beef (or beef-lamb mix) with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the meat. Form small balls of the seasoned meat and place one on top of each tortilla. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, then place the tortillas (with the meat side down) onto the hot surface.
