  • 1/2 tsp dsh pepper (black, for at least 1 hour, up to a day in the fridge)

My take on the Greek LEGEND that is the Gyros. Adapted for the home kitchen. Also shout out to @ioniangold for gifting me some of their stunning olive oil so I could keep this as Greek as possible from my kitchen in Manchester. Marinade ingredients (made 5 servings) Olive oil - 4 tbsp Garlic (minced) - 20g Lemon juice - 1 lemon Oregano - 1 tsp Mint - 1tsp Cumin - 1tsp Paprika - 1tsp Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/4 tsp I used a mix of chicken breast and thigh, 750g total.
