🧄 Garlic Bread Mac & Cheese Pasta Bake 🧀 Garlic bread + mac & cheese = the ultimate comfort meal. Crispy, creamy, carbalicious and way easier than you think. This creamy tofu mac topped with garlicky ciabatta chunks is your new comfort food obsession. Ingredients (Serves 4–6) For the roasted garlic 1 whole bulb garlic 1 tsp olive oil For the sauce 2 x 300g silken tofu 150ml plant-based milk 40g BOSH! Nooch 2 tbsp white miso paste 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp turmeric Juice of ½ lemon For the pasta 400g macaroni (or any short pasta) For the garlic bread topping 1 ciabatta loaf Drizzle olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced Handful chopped herbs (parsley, chives, or thyme) Salt + pepper How to make it 1️⃣ Roast the garlic | Slice the top off the bulb, drizzle with olive oil + salt, wrap in foil + roast at 200°C fan for 40 mins until soft + golden. Squeeze out the cloves once cool. 2️⃣ Cook the pasta | Boil in salted water until al dente, drain + set aside. 3️⃣ Prep the topping | Tear ciabatta into chunks | Toss with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt + pepper. 4️⃣ Make the sauce | Blend roasted garlic, tofu, milk, nooch, miso, onion powder, turmeric, lemon juice until smooth + creamy. 5️⃣ Assemble + bake | Mix the pasta with the sauce, pour into a baking dish, top with garlicky ciabatta chunks + bake for 12–15 mins until golden + bubbling. 6️⃣ Serve | Dish up + dive into creamy, garlicky bliss 😋
