Make the steak •
Add garlic, orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil to food processor. Blend until smooth. •
Pour marinade over cubed steak, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor). •
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. • Sear marinated steak cubes until browned and just cooked through. •
Remove and set aside.
Build & fry the tacos •
Add a little olive oil to a skillet. •
Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle with shredded Gouda, then add steak cubes and a spoonful of chimichurri. • Fold tortilla into a taco shape and press lightly. • Fry both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with extra chimichurri on the side.🔥
