[email protected] Ingredients: For Wrapping: • 20 rice paper sheets For Filling: • 180g firm tofu (crumbled) • 200g mushrooms (finely diced) • 2 carrots (shredded) • ½ napa cabbage (shredded) • 2 spring onions (chopped) • 4 garlic cloves (minced) • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated) • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • Salt & pepper to taste For Frying: • Oil Instructions: 1️⃣ Finely chop/shred all veggies & tofu. 2️⃣ Sauté mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, tofu, garlic & ginger in oil for 5–7 min. 3️⃣ Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, salt & pepper.
