@donaldo_cook Creamy Paprika Chicken Juicy Crispy and Delicious This is a first for me, and i got to say it was so good. creamy paprika needs to be in the rotation one of these weeks, I know everyone will love it. it’s similar to a vodka sauce but way different, it has a cleaner taste and it doesn’t feel like you’re eating something so heavy. Recipe: Ingredients: chicken: 1 thigh or breast 1 cup corn flakes 1 cup flour 2 beaten eggs creamy paprika sauce: 2 Tbsp unsalted butter ½ cup minced onion (about ⅔ of a small onion) 1 Tbsp tomato paste 2 Tsp smoked paprika ¾ cup Shaoxing wine 1 ½ Tbsp tomato paste ¼ cup heavy cream 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley cucumber salad: cucumber sliced onion sliced 1 Tsp garlic powder 1 Tsp onion powder 1 Tbsp black soy sauce 1 Tbsp honey 1 Tsp pink salt pinch of chopped parsley Directions: Air Fryer chicken: coat your thigh in flour then egg then crushed corn flakes. (season corn flakes with whatever you like i use salt pepper and paprika). Place chicken in an air fryer and spray with oil. Cook on an air fryer setting at 385F or 16 to 20 minutes depending on your air fryer. flip half way through cooking. remove and let cool for a minute on a wire rack. Paprika Sauce: Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the onion and saute until starting to soften (about 2 minutes). Stir in paprika and cook until fragrant (a few seconds). stir in tomato paste.
