  • 4 cup spinach leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 4 oz pasta (whole wheat)
  • 1/4 cup basil (thin)

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

    Heat oil in large non-stick skillet.

    Add onion and garlic and cook 3-4 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and cook another 3-4 minutes until tender.Toss cod with flour and salt and pepper to taste.
